AOL 8.0:

Step 1

Go to your mailbox screen. Click on the drop-down arrow to the right of "Mail Options" and select "Address Book".

Step 2

Select "Add Contact".

Step 3

Type or copy and paste the following email address in the "Screen Name" field and select "Save". (You can fill in the other fields if you wish, but it's not necessary.)

Step 1

Go to your mailbox screen. Click on the drop-down arrow to the right of "Mail Options" and select "Address Book"

Click "Add +"

Go to your mailbox screen and click on one of the messages we have sent you. This will be an email from team @ efitnessmail.com

Step 2

Click on "More Options"

Step 3

Click on "Add sender to Contacts list"

Step 4

This message should appear: "The sender has been added to your contacts list"

Hotmail:

Step 1

Go to your mailbox screen and select the "Contacts" tab

Step 2

Select "Safe List"

Step 3

Type or copy and paste the following email address in the field provided and click "Add":

MSN 8:

Step 1

Go to your mailbox screen and click on the "E-mail settings" link

Step 2

Click on the "Junk Mail" link

Step 3

Click on "Safe List"

Step 4

Click on "Add an item to this list "

Step 5

Type or copy and paste the following email address in the box that appears and click "Add":

MSN 9:

Step 1

Go to your mailbox screen and click on the "Settings: E-mail | Junk e-mail" link

Step 2

Click on the "Junk E-Mail Guard" link

Step 3

Click on "Safe list"

Step 4

Type or copy and paste the following email address in the field provided and click "Add":

Outlook 2003:

Step 1

Open up Outlook. Select "Actions", then "Junk E-mail", and then "Junk E-mail Options"

Step 2

Click on the "Safe Senders" tab

Step 3

Type or copy and paste the following email address in the box that appears and click"OK":

Yahoo Mail:

Step 1

Go to your mailbox screen. Click on the drop-down arrow to the right of "Addresses"

Step 2

Click on the "Add Contact" link

Step 3

Type or copy and paste the following email address in the "Email" field and select "Save Contact "
